WWN - If you have access to clean toilets at work, you'll probably appreciate it more after reading this story. It's the story of the woman conductor in Bangkok, Thailand which trouble finding a toilet when he was working, and should use diapers in order to pee regularly.

As quoted Liputan6.com of Oddity Central, Thursday (05/06/2014), the bus conductor in Bangkok can not go to regular toilet because there was no washroom at every bus stop. As a result, they have to wear adult diapers instead of urinary incontinence.

Maybe wearing adult diapers a solution for the bus conductor, but too often wear it also has a negative impact.

One of the affected poor is Watcharee Viriya. Initially the woman bus conductor is experiencing symptoms of urinary tract infection, because they always hold waste water for several hours before going to the toilet. Since the diagnosis, Viriya began to wear adult diapers. But the situation worsened.

"It feels uncomfortable when I move, especially when I urinate in diapers," said Viriya.

"When I arrived at the bus station, I had to run to be able to change a diaper. I use at least two diapers a day," explained Viriya who was recently diagnosed with cancer of the uterus, and the need to undergo surgery. All that because of the use of diapers too long.

"The doctor said that as a result of wearing a dirty diaper for too long, and the substance of the diaper was absorbed into the uterus," said Viriya sad.

According to a survey conducted by the Thai Women and Men Progressive Movement Foundation, 28 percent of women bus conductors to wear a diaper for 16 hours.

"We were surprised," said Director of the Foundation, Jaded Chouwilai. "We also found that many of them suffer from urinary tract infections and bladder stones. Many bus conductors women also had ovarian cancer".

This problem is only one faced by lower-class workers in Thailand every day. In contrast to that experienced workers and upper middle class.

This small but fatal problem adds teruk complex political crisis in the White Elephant Affairs, which led to the military coup on May 22, 2014.

"Although it has been shrinking, the gap between the rich and the poor is still quite large. Our social and political system has provided more opportunity for the rich and powerful," said Director of Research for inclusive development at the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI) Somchai Jitsuchon.

Fortunately, the current bus conductor in Bangkok and the union began to demand better working conditions. "Their working conditions are not good," said union secretary of the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority, Chutima Boonjai.

"They have to work long hours in hot weather conditions, and when hungry they can not immediately eat. When they wanted to go to the toilet, they can not directly defecate," added Boonjai.

Boonjai mention, the bus drivers were also having problems such as back pain and hemorrhoids.

"The worst cases are cancer, stroke and high blood pressure due to the condition of exhausting work and heat. That is why it is now very difficult to employ people on a bus Thailand, especially for the lowest wage of 300 baht (US $ 10), or around Rp 118 thousand per day, "said Boonjai.
